Abstract

Increasing the efficiency of the electrohydraulic drives of the working equipment of mini-loaders is a critically important task for modern construction engineering in the context of stricter environmental requirements and the need to reduce energy consumption. The research is aimed at experimentally determining the energy characteristics and operating parameters of electrohydraulic systems of compact construction machinery in order to identify reserves for increasing their efficiency. The methodology includes the complex application of bench tests, mathematical modeling and statistical analysis of empirical data obtained during testing of seven types of mini-loaders of various load capacities ranging from 650 to 1850 kg. Experimental studies were carried out on a specialized stand using precision sensors for pressure, flow, and electrical parameters while performing standardized operating cycles. The results showed that the integration of digital control systems makes it possible to increase the overall efficiency of electrohydraulic drives by 23-28% compared to traditional analog systems, while reducing specific energy consumption by 18-22%. The use of adaptive control algorithms ensures the optimization of operating parameters in real time with an energy efficiency factor of 0.78-0.84. The implementation of energy recovery systems demonstrates the potential to save up to 15% of total energy consumption when performing typical construction operations. The results obtained indicate a significant potential for improving electrohydraulic drives of mini-loaders and open up prospects for creating energy-efficient solutions for compact construction equipment of a new generation.
