Abstract

Integration of the 1C software complex with electronic marketplaces is a fundamental mechanism for transforming sales, warehouse accounting, and financial monitoring processes in the construction industry and architectural design, where a multidimensional product nomenclature, including dimensions, technical specifications, compliance certificates, and safety classes, requires precise mapping of attributes between internal accounting systems and the categorical structures of marketplaces. Various architectural approaches to implementing such integration, from direct configuration expansion to cloud connectors and dedicated data bus-based integration servers, demonstrate a non-linear relationship between throughput, order synchronization time, communication channel failure rate, and total cost of ownership, determining optimal application scenarios based on the intensity of trading operations. An analysis of operational efficiency using FBS, FBO, and hybrid logistics models reveals significant differences in inventory turnover rates, write-offs, inventory discrepancies, and related financial losses, emphasizing the need for parallel accounting in remote warehouses with regular automatic reconciliation to minimize penalties and maintain the seller's rating. Of particular importance is the automation of the financial unit, which ensures the correct reflection of complex retention schemes, including sales commissions, acquiring, logistics in both directions, storage services, and compensation, the share of which in revenue varies from 17.61% to 29.31%, depending on the site and category of construction materials, which allows for the creation of primary documents, calculation of the tax base, and optimization of sales profitability. The implementation of integration solutions leads to a radical reduction in the time required to process orders, minimizes data entry errors, significantly increases the turnover of e-commerce, and improves the accuracy of inventory management, while also facilitating the implementation of dynamic pricing strategies that take into account the competitive environment, seasonal factors, and margin targets. The system's resilience to abnormal situations, such as API changes or peak loads, is ensured by queueing, logging, and exception handling mechanisms, while the future lies in the implementation of machine learning models for demand forecasting, automatic inventory optimization, and product description generation, which is particularly relevant for complex construction and architectural products. In general, the approach under consideration allows industry enterprises to move from multi-channel distribution with duplication of operations to a seamless ecosystem that provides scalability, minimizes operational risks, and increases economic efficiency in the context of an annual increase in e-commerce volumes by 35-45%, thereby determining the high relevance of the material for specialists in the field of information management systems and digital transformation of economic activities.
