Abstract

This article is devoted to the consideration of topical issues related to the improvement of the construction production management process and the use of BIM (Building information modeling) technology in the implementation of construction control by the technical customer, as well as the identification of production risks during the construction process and the role of the technical customer, BIM (Building information modeling) technology in construction control, this will allow to control and minimize reduce production risks and optimize processes and improve the quality of construction and installation work, by providing transparency at all stages of the project and the article also identifies the advantages of BIM (Building information modeling) modeling and how it affects all stages of construction production and these features make BIM (Building information modeling) technology a very important factor for managing construction production and increases the efficiency of construction projects, speeds up the construction installation process and simplifies coordination between team members and between project participants and the speed of making any changes to the project and simplifies project maintenance and reduces costs. The purpose is to study and identify and manage the production risks arising during the construction process using information modeling in the implementation of construction control by the technical customer. The research methods are the identification of production risks and the advantage of using BIM technology when conducting technical customer construction control of construction installation works.
