Abstract

The article discusses the complex integration of autonomous robotic systems with computer vision and BIM modeling technologies in high-rise construction. The developed methodological approach is based on the synthesis of innovative concepts of robotics and information modeling of buildings to create highly efficient automated building complexes. The research methodology includes a systematic analysis of existing robotic solutions in construction, experimental testing of computer vision algorithms on a construction site, and quantification of the performance of integrated systems. Based on the tests carried out, a multi-level control architecture for autonomous construction robots has been developed, providing a significant increase in the accuracy of construction of structures (up to 87.3%) and a 42.8% reduction in installation time compared to traditional methods. The results obtained made it possible to form scientifically sound recommendations for the design and implementation of robotic complexes for high-rise construction, including the principles of interaction between robots and a human operator, algorithms for processing visual information and mechanisms for integration with the BIM environment. The developed technological solutions open up prospects for the creation of new educational programs in the field of engineering and construction robotics and the formation of interdisciplinary approaches to training specialists in the field of management of robotic construction complexes.
