Abstract

Integration of accounting systems on the 1C:Enterprise platform with external electronic document management operators is a significant factor in the digital transformation of contractual activities in construction and architectural and design organizations, where the processing of large amounts of documentation in the context of multiple participants in the investment and construction process, the complexity of design solutions, and the increasing requirements for the efficiency of project implementation traditionally limit the production cycle. The gap between the internal configurations used for management, accounting, and warehouse accounting and the services that provide legally significant exchange using a qualified electronic signature necessitates manual transfer of information about contracts, acts of completion of work in the form of KS-2 and KS-3, certificates, invoices, acts of inspection of hidden work, general and special journals, executive documentation, KS-6, KS-11, and KS-14 forms, which leads to the accumulation of errors, temporary losses, and reduced capital turnover. Software and technical approaches implemented through specialized connectors, REST API exchange modules, or custom solutions based on the platform's web services eliminate duplication of operations, ensure transparency in electronic approval routes involving legal, financial, technical, and production departments, and automatically capture statuses and index documents in a single space, including support for both unified tax authority formats and forms agreed upon by the parties. The analysis of time-tracking data demonstrates a reduction in the full cycle of contractual work from 193.15 to 48.38 hours, or by 74.95 percent, with the maximum effect on the stages of transmission to the counterparty and waiting for a response (74.27 percent), receipt of a signed copy (92.25 percent), and archiving (88.04 percent), while internal approval is accelerated by 54.98 percent due to the elimination of physical movement of media and the implementation of automatic notifications. A comparative analysis of the 1C-EDI, Diadoc, SBIS, and Taksom solutions reveals their differentiated parameters in terms of implementation time, cost of ownership, full support for construction forms, exchange speed, number of approval routes, and reliability level, which determine the choice based on the organization's scale, volume of document flow, and the specifics of general contracting, subcontracting, or project activities. The economic results include reduced costs for consumables, courier services, and manual labor, as well as increased revenue generation, resulting in a cumulative effect of 2.85 to 27.69 million rubles per year, with a payback period of 2.7 to 6.8 months, which is particularly pronounced for large general contractors. The need to meet industry-specific requirements for integration with project management systems and building information modeling platforms, as well as the need to pre-regulate business processes and adapt to changes in legislation regarding electronic signatures, primary document formats, and tax accounting, are essential for achieving sustainable results. The obtained provisions reveal the potential of these technologies to improve the operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and competitiveness of construction enterprises in the contracting market with strict requirements for the speed of documentation preparation, while also outlining the prospects for the evolution of integration solutions through the use of artificial intelligence for the automatic processing of contractual texts and distributed ledger technologies for additional assurance of the authenticity of electronic originals, which allows us to establish the main content of the article, evaluate its relevance for specialists in the field of construction management automation, and make an informed decision about accessing the full text.
