        <p>The study of the stress-strain state of concrete mixer truck frames under dynamic loads is a critically important task for ensuring the safety and reliability of construction equipment. This study is aimed at a comprehensive analysis of the mechanical behavior of load-bearing structures of concrete mixers under the influence of dynamic loads of various nature and intensity. An integrated approach is applied in the work, including numerical modeling by the finite element method, modal analysis of dynamic characteristics and experimental verification of calculated data. The study was performed based on the analysis of 24 samples of concrete mixer truck frames of various sizes using modern software systems ANSYS Workbench and Nastran. The results of the study show that the maximum equivalent stresses according to the von Mises criterion reach 287,6 MPa in the attachment zones of the mixing drum with a dynamic coefficient of 2.34. It is established that the natural oscillation frequencies of the frames are in the range of 18,7-43,2 Hz, which creates the potential for resonant phenomena under operating conditions. Critical stress concentration zones have been identified in the areas of bolted joints and transition sections, where stress concentration coefficients reach values 3.6-4.2. The developed methodology makes it possible to predict the service life of concrete mixer truck frames with an accuracy of 92,3% compared with experimental data. The practical significance of the work lies in the creation of a scientifically sound methodology for designing and optimizing the structures of concrete mixer trucks, which helps to increase their operational reliability and reduce the risk of accidents in the construction industry.</p>
