Статья посвящена анализу эффективности применения технологий 3D-визуализации при проектировании архитектурных объектов с целью минимизации ошибок планирования и повышения качества расчетов. Актуальность темы обусловлена стремительным развитием цифровых инструментов архитектурно-строительного моделирования и необходимостью оптимизации процессов проектирования в условиях растущей сложности объектов. Методология исследования включала комплексный анализ проектной документации, статистическую обработку данных по обнаруженным ошибкам, а также серию глубинных интервью с экспертами отрасли. Основные результаты демонстрируют значимое снижение количества ошибок при использовании 3D-моделирования (на 37,5%), сокращение временных затрат на проверку проектов (в среднем на 28,2%) и повышение точности расчетов нагрузок и теплопотерь (до 95%). В статье обсуждается теоретическая значимость полученных данных для развития методологии архитектурного проектирования, а также их прикладной потенциал для оптимизации деятельности проектных организаций. Намечены перспективы дальнейших исследований в области интеграции технологий виртуальной реальности в процессы архитектурно-строительного моделирования.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the effectiveness of the use of 3D visualization technologies in the design of architectural objects in order to minimize planning errors and improve the quality of calculations. The relevance of the topic is due to the rapid development of digital tools for architectural and construction modeling and the need to optimize design processes in conditions of increasing complexity of objects. The research methodology included a comprehensive analysis of project documentation, statistical processing of data on detected errors, as well as a series of in-depth interviews with industry experts. The main results demonstrate a significant reduction in the number of errors when using 3D modeling (by 37.5%), a reduction in time spent on project verification (by an average of 28.2%) and an increase in the accuracy of load calculations and heat loss (up to 95%). The article discusses the theoretical significance of the data obtained for the development of architectural design methodology, as well as their applied potential for optimizing the activities of design organizations. Prospects for further research in the field of integration of virtual reality technologies into architectural and construction modeling processes are outlined.
