        <p>The present study is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of modern technological processes of reconstruction of buildings of higher educational institutions. The problem of modernizing university campuses is becoming particularly relevant in the context of increasing demands on energy efficiency, earthquake resistance, and functional adaptability of educational spaces. Based on the systematization of domestic and foreign experience, key technological approaches to reconstruction have been identified, including integrated BIM modeling methods, exoskeleton reinforcement technologies and multifunctional solutions for the modernization of engineering systems. An empirical study covering 47 renovation projects of university buildings in the period 2020-2024 allowed us to determine the correlation between the applied technological processes and indicators of energy efficiency, earthquake resistance and functionality of educational spaces. It has been established that the application of an integrated approach to reconstruction based on BIM-BPM-BEM modeling reduces energy consumption by an average of 42.7% and increases seismic resistance by 68.3%, while reducing project implementation time by 23.5%. The research results form a scientific and methodological basis for improving the regulatory requirements and technological regulations for the reconstruction of buildings of higher educational institutions, taking into account current trends in the development of educational infrastructure.</p>
