      <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>The presented study is devoted to the analysis and development of complex methods for increasing the stability of building structures operating under the simultaneous effects of dynamic and static loads on complex ground foundations. The relevance of the work is due to the growing requirements for the safety of buildings and structures in seismically active regions with heterogeneous geological conditions. The methodological basis of the research includes numerical modeling using the finite element method, experimental tests on physical models and field surveys of existing structures. A multiparametric model of the "soil&#x2013;foundation&#x2013;structure" interaction has been developed, taking into account the nonlinear behavior of soils under various combinations of loads. The results of the study showed that the integrated use of a combination of damping elements, geosynthetic materials and modified pile foundation technologies increases the stability of structures by 28-35%, depending on the type of soil base. It was found that the dynamic gain coefficient under combined loads decreases by 42% when using the proposed solutions, and the total bearing capacity of the foundations increases 1.6 times. An analysis of the field test data revealed an increase in the vibration attenuation coefficient by 0.23, which corresponds to a 31% decrease in the vibration amplitude of structures compared to traditional solutions. The practical significance of the research lies in the development of recommendations for the design of building structures with increased stability on difficult soils, which helps to reduce material consumption and increase the reliability of buildings and structures. The results obtained open up prospects for the further development of adaptive structural systems capable of effectively resisting complex loads in difficult engineering and geological conditions.</p>
