        <p>The study is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the global experience in the use of ash and slag materials in road construction as one of the promising areas of resource conservation and sustainable development of transport infrastructure. Based on the systematization of international practices, the key technological approaches to the integration of HSM into various structural elements of road clothing have been identified and optimal component ratios have been determined to achieve the required performance characteristics. A methodology has been developed for the comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of LSM application, including an analysis of physical and mechanical properties, environmental safety and economic feasibility. A multi-criteria comparison of the effectiveness of various technologies for the use of WSM in road construction was performed based on data obtained in 38 countries around the world. Correlations have been established between the composition of ZSM and the key characteristics of the structural layers of road clothes. It was found that modified ash and slag compositions provide an increase in the strength and frost resistance of road structures by 15-32% while reducing the cost of materials by 23-41%. The developed technological recommendations and mathematical models make it possible to predict the operational characteristics of road structures using high-speed rail and optimize trains depending on climatic conditions and road category. The results obtained provide a scientific basis for improving the regulatory and technical framework for the use of HSM in road construction, taking into account regional peculiarities and modern requirements for the quality and durability of transport facilities.</p>
