        <p>The modern development of the construction industry places increased demands on the efficiency and safety of high-performance self-propelled concrete pumps, which necessitates the development of innovative vibration damping systems. The vibration loads that occur during the pumping of high-density concrete mixes significantly affect the durability of the equipment, the accuracy of the material supply and the comfort of the operator. The article presents a comprehensive methodology for designing an adaptive vibration damping system based on the integration of magnetorheological dampers with intelligent control algorithms. The developed system includes a multi-level architecture with adaptive controllers that optimize damping characteristics in real time. Experimental studies were conducted on the basis of an industrial concrete pump with a capacity of 180 m3/h with a boom length of 62 meters. The test results demonstrate a 73% reduction in vibration amplitude in the low frequency range and 68% in the high frequency range compared to the basic configuration. The energy efficiency of the system was 94%, while the response time of the adaptive controller did not exceed 15 milliseconds. Statistical analysis showed a 42% improvement in equipment reliability and a reduction in operational vibration loads on the operator to a level consistent with international safety standards. The theoretical significance of the research lies in the development of a mathematical model of adaptive vibration damping for multi-link hydraulic manipulators, and the practical value is determined by the possibility of industrial implementation of the proposed solutions to improve the efficiency of construction processes.</p>
