Сегодня строительная 3Д-печать является новым способом автоматизации изготовления конструкций из бетона и подобных составов. Стеновые конструкции создаются послойным способом с помощью программной траекторной экструзии. Данная технология широко применяется в гражданском строительстве, в ландшафтном дизайне, а также в других областях производства, где необходимо создание сложных форм из бетона, а также быстрое создание изделий. Однако, сегодня технология 3Д-печати не применяется в дорожном строительстве, в частности проведении дорожных ремонтно-восстановительных работ. Основная цель данной статьи заключается в рассмотрении технологии 3Д-печати для задач проведения дорожных ремонтно-восстановительных работ, а также сравнить данную технологию с существующими способами ремонта дорожных конструкций. Для оценки эффективности применения технологии 3Д-печати для проведения дорожных ремонтно-восстановительных работ применяется многокритериальный анализ, позволяющий определить наиболее эффективную технологию. По результатам проведенных исследований и многокритериального анализа получено, что проведение дорожных ремонтно-восстановительных работ с помощью 3Д-печати является эффективной и выгодной технологией по сравнению с традиционными способами. Полученные результаты позволяют применять строительную 3Д-печать для проведения дорожных ремонтно-восстановительных работ. Данная технология может комбинироваться с существующими вариантами ремонта дорожных покрытий.

Today, 3D construction printing is a new way to automate the manufacture of structures made of concrete and similar compounds. Wall structures are created in layers using software trajectory extrusion. This technology is widely used in civil engineering, landscape design, as well as in other areas of production where it is necessary to create complex shapes from concrete, as well as quickly create products. However, today 3D printing technology is not used in road construction, in particular, road repair and restoration work. The main purpose of this article is to consider 3D printing technology for the tasks of carrying out road repair and restoration work, as well as to compare this technology with existing methods of repairing road structures. To assess the effectiveness of 3D printing technology for road repair and restoration work, a multi-criteria analysis is used to determine the most effective technology. Based on the results of the conducted research and multi-criteria analysis, it was found that carrying out road repair and restoration work using 3D printing is an effective and profitable technology compared to traditional methods. The results obtained make it possible to use 3D construction printing for road repair and restoration work. This technology can be combined with existing pavement repair options.
