Abstract

The development of automation technologies in the construction industry poses new challenges and opens up prospects for improving productivity, quality and safety in the construction of multi-storey buildings. This study focuses on systematizing the experience of using mobile robotic platforms in construction production and evaluating the effectiveness of their integration into existing technological processes. Based on the monitoring of 14 construction sites in the period 2019-2022, a comprehensive analysis of the implementation of various types of robotic systems was carried out. It has been established that the use of mobile platforms for the installation of structural elements makes it possible to achieve productivity growth of 32-41% while reducing labor intensity by 27.5%. The developed methodology for evaluating the integration of robotic systems with BIM models has demonstrated a 43.8% reduction in time spent on quality control. The results of the factor analysis revealed the key parameters of effective automation: the degree of adaptability of robotic systems to the changing conditions of the construction site, the completeness of integration with digital design technologies and the availability of self-correction systems. An original classification of construction processes according to the level of potential robotization is proposed, taking into account technological, economic and organizational aspects. The results obtained form a methodological basis for optimizing the implementation of robotic platforms in high-rise construction and can serve as a basis for the development of industry standards.
